1. What is TillSense?
TillSense is a South African provider of POS terminals, cash registers, and business hardware for retail and hospitality sectors.
2. Where are you located?
We are based in Vanderbijlpark and provide POS system supply, installation, and remote support to businesses nationwide.
We normally demonstrate and install systems at the client’s premises. Please let us know your business location and requirements, and we will assist accordingly.
3. Do you have a showroom?
At this stage, TillSense does not yet have a public walk-in showroom.
We operate by appointment and provide onsite demos, installations, and live video demonstrations. This allows us to configure the POS system specifically for your business before final delivery.

1. How do I place an order on TillSense?
Add your product to the cart, complete checkout, and choose your payment method. OR Ask our team to help you with back order. Bank deposit recommended for instant order processing.We confirm all orders by email or WhatsApp.
2. Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a pre-order or reserve incoming stock.
3. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer discounts for bulk and wholesale orders.
4. Is stock always available as shown on the website?
We keep our stock updated, but availability may change. We confirm stock before final dispatch.

1. Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?
Yes. We deliver to all provinces using trusted couriers.
2. How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days for major cities and 2–5 business days for outlying areas.
3. Can I collect my order instead of delivery?
Collection is available by appointment from our business storage partner locations.
